Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website or the courier's website to track your package in real-time.

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Some items like earrings and customized products are final sale. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Log into your account and visit the Orders section to initiate a return. You'll receive a return authorization and shipping label. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
